For disposable silica gel packets these work great. I prefer the ones that you can reuse by baking them in the oven but for the simplicity these work fine. Too bad they come in one single bag and not sealed in individual bags. Once you open the one bag they start sucking up moisture. I only needed 2.

We purchased these as part of the Amazon pack in program. Unfortunately my wife received the package that these ended up in and tossed them out without knowing, lol. I dug them out but they were just packed in a clear wrapper. Easily mistakable. Nonetheless, they work as intended and I've placed the lot of them in a safe and are still good after 6 months so far.

I got this to insert into the DandyCase along with my iPhone for taking underwater pics. Due to the temperature difference between the air and water, this can happen with this type of case. It's an air-tight case so no air flow can keep it from happening. The solution is to stick one of these into the bottom of the case first, then insert the phone and close it up. I wanted this to be small and these are small. The case keeps water out (good thing or my phone would be toast) and this kept the moisture from condensation out so the lens would not fog up.

I gave this a 3 because it is partially my fault I did not pay attention to the size listed in the description. These are tiny silica packs. they are of no use to me. I wanted the silica Packs to Go in my safe, I had to buy them from a local store. These are maybe good for dropping in a medicine bottle, otherwise I don't see any use for anything this small.

I could NOT locate this item in any of the usual local retail stores. (only bulk-bags of silica gel) So, ($0.36 ea) is a v. good price for 3-gm desiccant pouches. ( i.e. x 10 for the 10-pak ) I needed these for a small (300 cu in.) fire-safe to prevent condensation & associated mold, etc. I use 2 at a time; and plan to replace @ ~9 months ( if I remember ) Note: Seller(ACCstop) shows NO-HURRY to ship the item, but package arrived w/i alloted timeframe. Seller packaging included 2 sealed bags of 5 pkts each & they shipped free w/o a min. purchase, YAY! So, if the original packages/bags are completely sealed, --- > items may last a while until need them. fwiw : I placed both the opened & unopened packages ---> in a small zip-lock baggy to(hopefully?) re-seal !

Got this for my father for father's day along with a document safe. He has had the safe for about a year and every other month replaces his 3 gram silica gel packet and has had no issue with any moisture. Rather be safe than sorry especially because these are so cheap. They are super small, less than $5 so I just add these to my order as an add-on item when I can spare the extra dollars. Don't want to run out and degrade the papers that I will want looking good in 10 or 100 years.

I just recently moved to northern Michigan and was the victim of humidity! I needed something for storing my firearms up here. This product is absolutely perfect for this task! I threw a couple in my gun cases and have yet to have any rust issues. I even threw a couple in my tool box with the same success. Great product, worked better than promised.

These are TINY! Each one is about half the size of a restaurant sugar package. Okay, I guess I should have read more closely the "3g" and done a mental conversion (that's why 2 * rather than 1*), but really. I simply can't believe this is value for money. One time use for very, very small undertakings.
