I am very happy with these resistance bands! I purchased these in addition to another set I already had, allowing me to have different setups prepared around the room, saving time on changing bands for different exercises. For me, these bands work better than going to the gym, which comes with an expensive monthly fee, travel time and costs, lack of natural light, loud and annoying music, and often having to queue to use the equipment. I leave them on the floor in my room so they are easy to pick up. This allows me to take half-hour pauses between reps, something not achievable at the gym. If you're at home or work from home, you can do some reps every hour during the day. In terms of results, I've noticed improved muscle definition in about 3-4 weeks. I'm sure the best results come with a good diet, which I'm still working on. I've never seen such improvements from going to the gym, probably because I couldn't maintain the routine long enough and couldn't exercise on the spot at any time of the day without traveling, etc. I also noted that resistance bands are a lot more protective for my joints and lower back, which allows me to exercise for longer. I've researched quite a bit on the pros and cons of resistance bands vs. constant weight. Based on my experience, if you have the correct diet and consistency in working out, you can achieve 'the six-pack body' with resistance bands alone, as long as you keep adding extra bands over time as you progress. If you're aiming for professional bodybuilding competitions, you will probably need to work out with classical weights as well. I'm very pleased with this additional purchase and regret not trying resistance bands earlier in life. It has been a game changer for me. I've shared this whole story with the other seller from whom I purchased my initial set of resistance bands.

Good quality and would definitely recommend to anyone. Only point I have is that the resistance isn't crazy noticeable when using the different levels but it does get that burn going.

Bought with the best of intentions but must admit I haven’t unboxed it yet let alone used it. This is why I am fat. But buying it made me feel good about myself.

Solid set for building a home gym without the space or cost of free weights. Five tube bands colour-coded by resistance — yellow through to red, 10lbs up to 50lbs — and they stack together for up to 150lbs combined, so there's genuine range for beginners and pros alike. The soft cushioned handles are comfortable under load, and the ankle straps and door anchor open up a decent variety of movements beyond the basics. Build quality feels strong — the latex has held resistance consistently without any snapping or perishing so far, and the carry pouch makes it easy to keep everything together and take it anywhere. 1 star lost for fixed band length. At 48 inches, there's no way to adjust or shorten the bands themselves, which limits versatility more than it should. Too much slack for a shoulder press, but not enough range for a proper deadlift — you're stuck compromising the exercise to fit the band rather than the other way round. An adjustable or clip-shortening option would make this a five-star set. Recommended for general strength training and beginners building a routine, less so if deadlifts or presses are a training priority.

It is very good and exceeded my expectations, the bands were in perfect condition and was a good replacement for weightlifting if you dont have a gym or are travelling, the multiple bands make it easy to adjust your weight and build muscle.

They are what they are. Built weel enough for the price. I feel the weight listed on the bands are far overstated. That's ok because you can just add bands to make it heavier. They'll last forever if you dont leave them in high heat/the sun. Get them if you want to get some exercise without going to a gym. You can find full body workout regimens with only using the bands which is great.
