This is a back up for me. I have added amla to my diabetic fight. It along with other natural ingredients,support and help me maintain my glucose levels. I live in Chicago,where I can get seasonal fruit and vegetables from various ethnic sources. I find the powder being on the shelf,more convient. It mixes well in cold or hot liquids and foods. It can be a little grity. I mix it with hot water,let it cool and settle. Then I decant it into my drink. It tastes a little citrusy but not as bitter or sour as the whole fruit.

I haven’t used it yet but I hope it’ll work well. The size is nice for the price.

I really like this brand of Alma I used it as a mask after I shampooed my wavy/coily hair. My hair tangles at the ends sometimes when it is coming out of braids or wash and go hairstyles. I rinsed it out with lukewarm/cool water and I liked my results! My hair is strengthening up and made my hair manageable. This alma is Great value for my money. I would purchase this henna again.

I have been using this in hair masks for a while now and honestly i havent seen much of a difference kn hair growth. I might be doing it wring tho idk.

So I’ve been using the Amla powder for a month both in smoothies and hair. I’m seeing result for example my hair start to growing I don’t have dead end like I used to have when I use commercial shampoo. Only down side is that drinking it in smoothies I’ve had a lot of acne maybe is a allergic reaction of drinking it. But for the rest is amazing how it’s been helping me with my hair and growing it.

This is useless, doesn’t say anywhere on package how much to mix to drink. It was my fault for not looking closer to see how much vitamin A is in it. Such high dosage of Vitamin A, I would be scared to take it. It also states it is used for natural hair dye or hair darkened. Alma cannot darken hair. I looked it up. I just going to throw it away.

I use this to up my vitamin c from a natural source. Easy to add to my smoothies. Tastes ok for me. Good value for money too as one would be hard pressed to get the actual fruit itself!
