These are the GOAT. I tried a few other brands and they didn't live up to these. I don't wear waterproof mascara often. In fact, I save it for weddings, funerals or really, really hot Summer days. These remove my waterproof mascara as well as my fancy expensive eye makeup removers. They are great for a makeup change when your day has been yucky and you want to look good for a night out. One caveat. Always rinse your face with water whenever possible. The cleanser is very gentle, but it is still a cleanser.

They have not been irritating to my skin; they are appropriate thickness to retain moisture & remove the stubborn makeup (like Waterproof mascara). No objectionable fragrance. Best when used daily so they don't have an extended time to dry out once opened. Have been using for years & despite trying less expensive ones, I always end up back with Neutrogena.
