Is this spirulina sourced form China?

Kami,I had wondered about the same thing concerning the source of these tablets. I contacted Now Foods and here's the reply:We obtain organic spirulina from either Parry Nutraceuticals (in India ) or from inner Mongolia (a dry arid area far removed from pollution) for the 500mg organic spirulina tablets.The 1000mg organic tablets come only from Parry. FYI-The  spirulina powder comes from Parry. In either case we always test for heavy metals, purity, and microbials to ensure quality.So, the short answer to your question is yes, sourced in China. I had assumed you were referring to the ORGANIC tablets. Amazon sells Now brand Spirulina in other sizes and quantities and not all of them are labeled organic.Tom

The amazon product discription says from Hawaii. The product details say Anguilla and one review says it is from India.  Which is it?

What size are these tablets? Are they easy to swallow?

As an answser to your first question, you can view different pictures of this product on the Amazon web page, one of which has a circle located on the product label. The circle is a very accurate drawing of the actual pill size. As an actual measurement, the pill is .44 inches (11 millimeters) in diameter and .2 inches (5 millimeters) thick. As to your second question, it would be difficult to state that YOU would find it easy to swallow these tablets, since you mention no particular ease or difficulty of your own with swallowing tablets. I usually swallow 3 at a time with my juice and have no difficulty. But, that's me.
