Great book for smoothie lovers wanting healthy diet plans
This book begins with a solid introduction for making smoothies, including how-tos and information about ingredients to include and avoid, as well as what makes a nutritious smoothie. The book then gives a bonus three-day diet plan for a toxic cleanse diet eating three smoothies a day. The book then delves into the meal plan promised in the title: replace one meal a day with a nutritious smoothie. In addition to recipes for smoothies, there are also recipes for salads that can be eaten with the smoothies or as part of another meal. The great thing about the meal plans is that the section includes a shopping list so you can go to the grocery store and pick up all ingredients you need, either for a full week at a time (for the 21-day plan) or for all 9 smoothies for the detox. My only criticism of the book is that none of the smoothies use dairy milk or yogurt, but instead rely on ingredients such as almond milk, tofu, and soy yogurt. Easy To Follow Smoothie Plan For a Healthier Lifestyle
I have always to try smoothies at home but I have no idea where to start. I was delicious but healthy smoothiers and The 21 Day Healthy Smoothie Plan does just that. I like how it has an easy to follow daily guide that will help make a delicious smoothie, help me get more fruits and veggies into my diet and help improve my health. I found the trouble shooting guide very helpful especially since my 1st smoothie did not turn out like I had expected. I liked the snack section, very helpful information.I also loved the salad recipes and can't wait to try them out especially the Spinach Avocado Sprout and the Salad in a Jar, they seem easy to make and very tasty. This books is so much more than just smoothie making but a big help on leading a healthier lifestyle. The shopping list is beyond helpful and can help save you a lot of time and missing ingredients. Love Smoothies & Great Book!
21 Days to a better, healthier you! This book is filled with information to help you achieve a healthier diet and get serious about losing weight. There are all kinds of recipes for smoothies and tips and guides you though a 21 Day diet plan. The most of the recipes are pretty easy to follow and starts with a 3 day "Detox" and precedes the 21 Day Plan. It is very thorough and covers everything from equipment to ingredients so you are not left with gaps in information. You will need to do some shopping though because there are ingredients you probably don't keep handy. It is a well written and thorough book that I found easy to follow and although I didn't do the 21 day diet (left for vacation 5 days after getting this book) I have picked up some great recipes that I an included in my diet and plan to get back on board. I received this book free for my unbiased and honest review, the experience and opinions are my own.

Informative Book with Delicious Recipes - Try the Dandelion Green Smoothie!
What I love most about this book is that it is more than just recipes—I wasn't really expecting that. Being that I have a sincere love of learning and smoothies, I appreciated the additional information. There are lots of excellent tips in here for those of you looking to improve your health and find recipes that are just as delicious as they are healthy. The one thing that really stood out to me was the mention of drinking smoothies for breakfast. I am not a breakfast-kind-of-girl. I don't have much of an appetite in the mornings. With breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I find myself sluggish by lunchtime, so I started blending smoothies for breakfast. I cannot explain how much this has improved my overall mood and energy levels in the morning. It's SO much easier to drink something than to scarf down a large breakfast—and still get the nutrients my body needs. The Dandelion Green Smoothie freaked me out a little bit. Dandelion greens, to me, are quite bitter. However, with the addition of the other sweeter ingredients, it really transforms it into something pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already! It is actually my favorite morning smoothie. Overall, I do recommend this book for smoothie lovers and those looking to find new recipes and other helpful and inspiring information about them. * Product provided free of cost for an unbiased review.

Nice smoothie book for people who are motivated to improve their eating habbits.
I am a big fan of smoothies and make simple ones regularly for my toddler and I. I mainly just use yogurt, banana and berries. I originally thought this book would give me some great ideas and recipe's to add more veggies and protein to my smoothies. I will say, that I would prefer a more simple book with recipe ideas. However, I did find this book very informative. The introduction was very thorough in providing great information regarding the health benefits of smoothies. Additionally, it provided tips on which ingredients are best for smoothies and which to avoid as well as providing some great information about using nuts in smoothies, which is something I never even considered. I also received some great information regarding using frozen fruit and vegetables. The book then offered a 3 day detox plan and a 21 day smoothie plan. Both of these options seem a bit overwhelming for me. I cannot imagine doing 21 different smoothies for every day. However, I do plan to utilize the book and get some great ideas for creating my own smoothies and I like having the option to pick one that I like, rather than having to follow a 21 day plan. Overall, this book is well written, pretty simply broken down steps and the ingredients are clear. I received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback.

I hate my blender so I usually get them while out ...
I'm a smoothie junkie and have one a day. I hate my blender so I usually get them while out before work but tried a new blender and now I'm in love with it! This book came in handy with my new blender, it's packed with so much great information and not just a simple recipe book. This book is jammed backed with some really great ways to change your lifestyle and be a healthier you, which I definitely need help with. This book is very detailed in what you will need as far as food prep, ingredients, and some extra tips that will come in handy! I love how it starts out with a 3 day detox and goes into a detailed 3 week menu of smoothies. I also love how it has salad recipes also. I'm usually pretty generic with my smoothies but after reading this book I want to venture out and try them all! I love how it's not just recipes and how it's about the health benefits. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to read this book and plan to use it all the time. I received this book for free for an honest review, all opinions are my own.

Read and amend the shopping lists
Book is good. Some of these can be recipes are questionable. The weekly shopping list doesn’t really take into account the ingredients you’ll need for the recommendations of the suggested salads. So you’ll have to buy additional ingredients for those weekly. Or make do with ingredients on hand. The recipes were overall not bad. Have managed to lose 8-9 pounds at the end of week 2 and cheated for one meal a week for wing and beer night 🤭 The star rating is for the extras required to follow the weekly plan. Not to mention if you’re doing this as a single you will need to compensate on how much you are buying. Don’t want to be wasting any produce on a weekly basis not to mention other perishables.
