Would this connect my mixer and speaker (Krk rokit)?

Hi Assuming that your Krk rokit is an active speaker with a combo trs/xlr input connection (as mostly they seem to be) and your mixer has trs jack outputs, then yes, these leads are ideal.

does it work with Roland rdk1?

If the amp, musical instruments has a 6.35 socket I cannot see why not. But I'm not an expert..... I brought mine to connect a epiphone guitar to a subzero amp.

Is this cable suitable for a foot switch with a boost?

I use it as a foot pedal to Synthesizer input. It's a standard Jack to Jack so should be ok for most switches /pedals as long as there is no difference in Jack size between the inputs and outputs. Opinion only.
