Yes, but that worked in my favor. The medium fit me pretty well but was a little loose in certain areas, so I dried them for 5 minutes on low heat and air dried the rest of the way and now it fits perfectly. So I suggest ordering up a size to allow for shrinkage if you want to put them in the dryer.
