These are way more comfortable than I thought they would be. I, also, thought I would overheat in them. Not the case at all. They have really reduced the pain in my knees and legs when I lay down after a long day of fighting crime. You can hardly tell they are on under clothing too. My caveat is that the do need readjusting and slide down a bit. But, small price to pay for saving your knees.

Love these compression knee sleeves Wish I had ordered them sooner. The longer length is much better for me. Relaxed measurement is 20 inches. My old sleeves, different brand, are 14 inches. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, and a baker's cyst in both knees. This sleeve support is comfortable and reduces the pain and swelling. According to the size chart, my size was large, but I did not want or need tight compression. The extra large provides just enough compression and does not slide down or restrict circulation. I can sleep in it with no problems. These are set of two sleeves which is great.

These give me the ability to walk daily. Without then my legs are tired constantly. Only issue I have with then is they don't stay up so I constantly have to keep pulling them up.

They are ridiculously comfortable! They help so much with my sciatic nerve pain!

These leg sleeves work were just what I needed after I had knee surgery easy to put on and they would always stay up great for flying and making my legs feel good

Loose on ankle but top band is very tight. Actually a bit too tight.

This sleeve, for me, has been very effective. I am using it to keep swelling down after knee replacement surgery. I will say that my whole leg is very swollen, so it is too tight on my upper thigh. I just folded it over and it works fine. I can tell it makes a huge difference because when I take it off there is a definite delineation between my upper and lower thigh. The sleeve is very comfortable. I can put my ice right on it and it protects my leg. I am enjoying using it.

I have 4 of them. I alternate them every few days. They areva game changer for my right knee. I had kneee surgery and they really make my knee feel better and helps with support. Easy to clean/ hand wash only.

I love the length of them. I just wish the velcro strap would attach on the outside of the thigh, not the inner part where it's most sensitive. After 2 weeks of use the adjuster strap elastic is already getting stretched out and wavy. Also wish it had a silicone no slide layer at the top to keep it from rolling. Besides these things, I HUGHLY SUGGEST THEM!
