I love this rod I even have both spin and bait cast reel I used the baitcaster one for 1 year and it’s still held up. It’s made with high quality and most importantly the ease of tracking with it. I ride a motorcycle and it’s so easy to ride with it. Casting wise it’s smooth and no issues. I like the appearance I just wished it had more colors to choose from for the value I think it’s reasonably priced I think it’s a great product. The only con I can think of is that I wish there was an easier way to pull the rod out so it’s already aligned instead of having to manually trying to align all the eye holes.

Was a decent rod until till it broke on a cast. I wanted to try and get a few more feet on my cast to get my jig a little further so I cast it really hard but when I did, it broke right in the middle. Frustrating because it was a great size and felt really good. Update…..KastKing reached out to me and offered a replacement. The customer service was great and I have to change the review to 5 stars because I received a new rod in the mail and it seems to be solid.

I had just recently bought this fishing pole kastking to go with a kastking real that I had picked out for it like many reviews that I have went back and read my tip broke also not why casting it when I went to collapse it didn't even get to use the pole very very disappointed in the fact that some of the reviews go all the way back to 2022 of the issues of this pole breaking so to Amazon and to kastking for The last 5 years you all have been selling defective fishing poles and only knowing this you have kept it on the market for your consumers and Amazon knows this there are many agencies that I can contact over this issue and you can bet I'm going to do just that because us consumers are tired of companies selling junk like this to us you're going to hear from many people and I know who all to call this isn't my first rodeo and it probably won't be my last for me it is not about getting just my money back it's exposing people and companies I'll never buy another product from you all!!!!! And the thing about this people they know they've known for a long time but they have done nothing to correct their problem 5 years later they're still having the same issue so wake up consumers is this the kind of stuff you want to buy fight back voice your opinion not only to Amazon but to kastking

I purchased this for camping. Not for heavy duty fishing but it is great for stuffing into your backpack and taking camping for smaller fish that you would find in smaller lakes and streams. I would recommend this.

Very good rod for this good price, very sturdy handle is also very sturdy comfortable to carry too, the flexibility is very great on the rod really recommend

I ordered the 5'6" Light rod and it arrived in a couple of days. Upon taking it out of the box I was very pleased to see that the quality was much higher than what I had expected and seen on other telescopic rods in my local big box stores. The grip and reel seat feel very solid and comfortable in hand. There is a protective cap included that provides good protection for the smaller eyes at the end of the rod and will make me more comfortable traveling with it. Telescopic rods sometimes feel stiffer and less responsive than a single blank, but I think this will be great for smaller to mid sized fish. I plan to take this rod trout fishing over the next two weeks and will provide updates as needed, but so far I'm impressed!

Grandson loves it! Bought as gift and it’s his favorite fishing rod! Easy to carry in a backpack, on a bike, in a suitcase, for an easy day of fishing!

I don’t usually do review and I would’ve gave it a higher rating but the rod broke on the second day I took it out. I bought this for my birthday trip to south Florida. I caught a little stingray and a catfish on it so it held up pretty good. I’d give it a better rating if it didn’t snap as fast and it was on my birthday when it broke so that was pretty upsetting. I might end up getting another one but still pretty pissed about it breaking off a rock before the line but all in all a good rod just wish mine didn’t break.
