The StoneStream Filtered Shower Head is a wonderful product WHEN it holds up ... The plastic casing parts especially around the 'screw on pieces' & joint areas TEND to leak soon or sooner than later. I've had to return more than one shower head because of this dilemma ... Other than that, it's a wonderful product especially for scalp skin health.

bought the StoneStream Filtered Shower Head because my old shower felt less “spa day” and more “pressure washer for raccoons.” This thing is amazing.The water pressure is so strong I’m pretty sure it exfoliated my soul, and the filtration makes the water feel softer—like my city water went to therapy and got its life together. My hair feels better, my skin feels better, and I’m now emotionally attached to my shower.Installation was easy (even for someone whose tool kit is mostly good intentions), and it looks sleek and modern. 10/10 would get blasted by this tiny water cannon again.

I brought it because it seemed like it was a good shower head with lots of enhanced water pressure. But I had good water pressure to begin with 😅, let’s just say it enhanced the water pressure by alot. In fact too much, the water bounces off my tub and back up. And the water comes out so fine because of the laser holes in it. My bathroom is small and since the water pressure is more misty than usual it creates more mist and gets more humid? If im stating correctly? Anyways, since I take long showers; after a while there’s too much mist and my nose starts acting up so bad it gets so stuffy and I want to sneeze and get a runny nose in the shower 😔. And that happens even with the anti humidity vaccum on the ceiling!! I guess for a shower head with little water pressure it’s great but don’t get it if your water pressure is fine or bathroom is small. I also noticed the beads have been making my hair cleaner? Like it makes my hair squeaks of clean, but that feeling for hair is never good because it means it’s been stripped from its natural oils. Also if you have a shower curtain you better believe that thing is gonna be flying everywhere 😭. Honestly it’s a great shower head I think it’s just not for me 😞. However I don’t regret my purchase at all, I loved giving it a try and my mom loves it she said it makes her feel cleaner and her showers are faster.

I just bought this for our hall bath that my teenage daughters use to replace a hand shower already installed. Since there was already a hand shower in there, I just purchased the hand shower by itself, and not the kit. I installed Stone Stream in a matter of seconds. I took a shower myself this morning, and the shower was amazing. While it can't increase actual water pressure, the hundreds of very small jets of water make for a very enjoyable high pressure feel in the shower. There is a switch that gives three types of showers, with different types of pressure. Many of the more negative reviews state that it's a poor quality product. While it is made mostly of plastic, the shower head is rather sturdy and strong. They do recommend replacing the shower beads every 6 months, but that shouldn't be a problem, since you can buy a large bag on Amazon for about $15. I might get anyone of these for my own shower.EDIT: I had this at 5 stars. 2 1/2 years later, the showerhead knocked hard against the wall and cracked. Water was squirting out the top of the showerhead and I had to throw it away.

Saved my hair from falling out more.

I gave this shower head some time and had high hopes. My wavy hair had gone stick-straight since moving to a home that has unfiltered well water. The first few times I showered with StoneStream, my hair began to recover some of its natural body. I was hopeful enough to order a year's worth of replacement stones. But that was premature. The softening of the water lasted approximately 2 weeks. NOT the months that the sellers claim. I'll keep the head because it does use a little less water than my regular shower head, but the prime reason I bought it was for the softening effect. It would likely work if you changed the stones once a week. So, ultimately, THUMBS DOWN.My original review that was for 3 hopeful stars is below.This product claims to soften hard water, and it does to a certain extent. I believe the effect will be cumulative, so I'm going to give it some more time. I do notice that it uses less water than my regular shower head. I have a well and the pump used to go off once during a 10 minute shower. So far, it doesn't go off using StoneStream. I like the different settings for the spray, but it does tend to send out annoying, off-angle spouts which hit you in the face instead of following the rest of the stream. My hair does feel softer, but hasn't regained the waviness it had before I moved to a hard water home. The button that changes the water stream started sticking after about 4 showers, so I'm leaving it on my favorite setting for now. I like the on/off feature, but it doesn't completely block the water. Still, I need to try this some more. I'd be willing to try the larger water filter, but it doesn't look as though it would work with the way my shower is built.

Very good quality very easy to installed

Well designed, easy to handle, spray modes changeable with one hand. Requires rather frequent limescale removal (depending on water hardness).

Does what is says. Very happy with the product. Water flow and power is very good. Skin feels a lot smoother now.

Seit Jahren hole ich mir diesen duschkopf um weniger Kalk in der Dusche zu haben. Leider sollte er herunterfahren geht er beim 3-4mal kaputt.
