I ordered this bouquet to be showcased on a Google Plus hangout I did about flower arrangements that could be ordered from Amazon.com for Valentine's Day.This bouquet is delivered, not shipped. That means your recipient has to actually be at home to receive the bouquet because an actual flower delivery person delivers it to his/her door. The advantage of this is that the flowers do not have to be cut out of shipping packaging (see the beginning of the above mentioned video).This bouquet is small. This makes it great for an office delivery because it can easily be accommodated on any size desk or in any size cubicle. It is also tightly arranged with a mesh of tape. This makes it very easy to take the flowers out of the vase, clip them, clean and sterilize the vase, and then put the flowers back EXACTLY as they were. It also makes it easy to remove dying flowers without disconfiguring the entire arrangement. This makes it so that the flowers can last longer.

These flowers were sent to my mother who lives in another town from me. I am honestly very pleased with the ease of ordering and the condition of the flowers and the arrangement and container that were delivered to my mother. Ease of ordering. Could do it from my Amazon acct. My daughter sent me a pic of the flowers, and they were not as nice as the pic I saw on their website. Will not order from them again.

On 1/25/14, I sent this to FROM YOU FLOWERS: They choose not to respond."I was led to believe that my order shipped yesterday from a florist close to my mother's location. When you indicated that it has "shipped" I assume it to be in a van between the florist and the destination. Did this get lost? Or was I intentionally misled.Anyway, I just got off the phone with my lovely mother thinking that she already has her flowers... but no and now she think no-one cares about her birthday. Thanks a-####-lot. Not only was your service for me ####...but you interfered with me making alternative arrangements. Had I known, I could have woken up and had flowers to her by breakfast.Your only #### job is to take my money and sub it out to a local florist. You failed this. From You Flowers misled me about it being out on delivery. "Update: The flowers finally arrived with apologies: they were out of lilies at the florist that this crappy vendor contacted to fill the order. What was missing from this delivery was the warm feeling of sending flowers.I understand exactly what went on...But using an Amazon vendor for florists places one more unnecessary link in the chain:Out of lilies? Fine, substitute something else but be on time.Did this vendor mark my order as shipped? Yes. No stretch of the imagination is the florist being out of lilies constitute "Shipped"Did I pay extra to FROM YOU FLOWERS simply to be misled? Yes. Communication, in control of this vendor prevented timely delivery.If you are reading this: Take a moment and call a local florist direct and save yourself from paying extra simply for the exposure to disappointment.

I was really upset when I saw the flowers,I ordered them when I saw the picture of them it really stuck out,very full and colorful..when they got delivered they wasn't like the picture,not full there was gaps throughout the bouquet and the pink roses had some brown spots on couple leafs and the lilies looked limp..looked like something I bought from the grocery store...not worth the money I spent...

My daughter was so excited to get flowers. She told me how beautiful they were and sent me a picture. They looked exactly like the picture on the website. Since I had never used this supplier before, I was so pleased. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

Well, I did not actually see the flowers, as they were a gift. But I asked if they could send a Little card with it, and they inmediately answered back saying yes. The servive was on time and the peron who answered me was very nice. So for that they get 5 stars from me!!
