As a teacher, I'm surrounded by a constant miasma of germs and sickness. This supplement helps shield me from the worst of it. I don't take this daily. Instead I use it in periods of stress, sleeplessness, or when sickness is lurking around a corner. My throat hurting before bed is usually my first warning of an incoming sickness--taking a dose of liposomal vitamin C often seems to eliminate that sickness by morning. Anecdotally, when I ran out of this and forgot to purchase more, a flu bug hit me so much harder than any I'd had while taking this supplement, lasting until Amazon delivered some more to my door. A few hours after taking a couple of these capsules, I felt about 50% better and was fully recovered a couple days later. I've never had this kind of effect with other supposed immune support supplements or even regular vitamin C. I believe the difference is how the body absorbs these liposomal capsules differently and more effectively. The one downside is that these capsules are quite large. I don't have any issues taking pills, but I swallow these one at a time because they are big. For dosage, they say to take two capsules daily. I will only take two when I have a real need to support my immune system or am starting to feel under the weather. When I'm feeling fine, just worried about the amount of coughing and sneezing that's been surrounding me, I'll take one a day. When I have no worries about needing to boost my immune system, I won't take any. That makes these last longer for me while still ensuring I get the full effect of the supplement.

I liked the ingredients, especially the elderberry in this Vit C /zinc combo supplement. I prefer to take as little capsules as possible so its very convenient to take these 2 together when you need a little extra C/zinc to boost your immunity and add to your regular regimen. The value is good as well. No weird tastes or smell.
