Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein & Greens Powder, Chocolate, 20 Servings

Great stuff in it..but not for me. I drink my protein powder with just a mixture of almond milk and water. This one definitely needs something more to mask the taste and texture. I’ll stick to Vega or Purely Inspired. Update: tried it with 100% original almond milk (no water) and a few frozen strawberries blended up and it was a huge game changer - I’m actually enjoying it now. Don’t love the extra effort and cleanup of using a blender. But for all the great stuff it has in it, I would consider it worth it. Changing my 4 stars to 5.

The Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein & Greens in Chocolate has become my go-to protein powder. The chocolate flavor is satisfying without being overly sweet. It blends smoothly into water, almond milk (or whatever you prefer), or smoothies, creating a delicious and creamy shake with no chalky or gritty texture. This protein powder keeps me full and energized, whether I’m using it as a meal replacement or post-workout recovery. 20 servings in a single container, you get a premium product packed with nutrients, clean ingredients, and versatility at an affordable cost. It tastes great and is highly effective. I can’t recommend Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein & Greens enough. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

This is the only time I’ve ever taken the time to write a review because WOW. As someone who has tried a lot of protein powders throughout their life - this is by far the most delicious. I know what the reviews say, but if you have been drinking whey protein shakes with stevia for years, this will be so refreshing! It’s so light and smooth. I mixed mine with 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 4oz coconut water. Just shook it up in my water bottle and it was like a chocolate milkshake. I chugged it after I got home from the gym and was sad when it was gone!! The more important part of this review is about my gut issues. I have dealt with severe bloating and constipation for years. My stomach will protrude and be in pain for days. Every treatment I’ve tried has let me down. I completely cleaned up and changed my diet and lifestyle. I’ve tried OTC medicine as well as herbal teas. I decided to try supplements and I read and researched for weeks. Then I finally chose this powder. I was impressed by the amino acid profile, plant-based clean ingredients, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. I hoped these ingredients would not only help me in my recovery from training but might heal my gut as well. I made my simple shake after the gym without high hopes - for the taste or the effects. Within two hours of drinking it, my bloating is almost gone. The cramping and feeling of intense fullness and pressure has subsided to almost zero. The relief this has provided me in this short time was enough to get me to write this review. Because maybe it could help someone who was as desperate for relief as I was. I’m not delusional though, I am going to stick with the powder until I know if is a sustainable solution. I’ll be updating this review in a few weeks! 🤞

I love garden of life. The vanilla flavor of protein and greens is great. But the chocolate flavor is yuck! I’m throwing this away.

Delicious taste. Blend reasonably well for a protein powder. I usually use a handheld frother to mix it. Clean ingredients, protein source. I like how a serving size is only 1 scoop. Fills you up.

I’ve left reviews on this company’s products before. I have allergies to many foods, not this. It’s not whey protein and doesn’t have synthetic sweeteners, both of which my allergies react to. Has lots of vitamins and minerals and you don't have to buy greens separate. Agree or not, I’ve literally lived on this stuff for weeks at a time. Give me a choice between an MRE or this to eat, I’ll take this hands down. It’s best with a blender but can certainly be hand mixed. If you’re looking for a mix that tastes like a treat, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for healthy sustenance for your body that’s easy to drink and won’t be heavy on your gut, this IS it. What does it taste like? Tastes like a protein mix with a hint of chocolate or vanilla. Not bad but not tasty enough to want more than you need. (I also mix a bit of either decaf or regular instant coffee for flavor or morning pick-me-up).

The taste is good but it does not last a month, you have enough for 2 weeks and the container is half full.

I like using this protein and greens powder and find it works well for me. It mixes easily and feels good as part of my routine. The taste isn’t for everyone, but I don’t mind it.

ho comprato questo prodotto sotto consiglio di un amico. mi era stato detto che è il più sano tra i tanti venduti.. in effetti sembra così..ma il sapore è pessimo!! imbevibile!!!purtroppo non farò in tempo a vedere i risultati che avrò sicuramente smesso di assumerlo a causa del gusto
