This stuff is amazing. I have crippling anxiety and ptsd, and am currently going through a very hard time personally where my anxiety has been the worse it’s been in a very long time. My doctors won’t prescribe me anxiety medication, so I desperately looked for alternatives. I started taking this and immediately felt at ease, after about a week of taking it daily my anxiety has lessened so significantly. I don’t find myself wanting a drink before noon nor am I feeling suicidal anymore. I take two level scoops in my water in the morning and two in the evening. It is pretty tasteless just a little mineral-y. I have actually come to enjoy the taste. The size of the tub is really good for the price as well being the serving size is so small. I highly recommend this!!

I was buying capsules/pills that cost more until I decided to try powder to save money. This product fit the bill. There were some crumbs, but they were easily broken apart. At first, I thought there was no measuring spoon, but it was buried inside, so dig around for that. I directly put it into my mouth and washed it down with water. It had little to no taste, so it's easy to take. I couldn't give 5 stars because they did a horrible job with the seal. They used a seal that was too big for the rim, which caused the lid to be very hard to unscrew. On top of it, the glue they used for the seal was terrible, making it impossible to peel the seal. I had to use a box cutter to cut a slit in the middle and tear it open.

This is pure GABA - no other ingredients. I got it early in the pandemic so that we would have it to help my husband sleep. We opened it a few weeks ago when his old GABA was depleted. My husband had been on mirtazapine for a couple of years. In the morning I would ask him how he slept. He would say, "Not good" in a whiney voice. We stopped the mirtazapine and switched to GABA. Now he replies, "OK" with pep in his voice. He still wakes up at night but his mood is so much better. I have just started taking it, too, because it lowers blood pressure. It took about 3 weeks until it lowered my systolic blood pressure from the 140s to consistently the 120s. I bought some 250 mg scoops on Amazon and we tap that out to about a third of the scoop (or 85 mg). That is all it took to get results. It has a lot of good benefits rather than bad side effects.

I like the fact that this product has no additives and although silica sachet has been added it still clumps, but I don’t find this a problem. At first I didn’t feel GABA made any difference to my insomnia but after taking the powder for awhile it has definitely helped but I also use the L-Theanine from Nutricost. I still wake during the night and often take another scoop. I am also taking Ayurvedic capsules, magnesium and progesterone at night. The Nutricost products came after those other supplements that I’ve mentioned. It’s such a relief to have better sleep but I’m still affected by the new moon.
