Is the 0-160psi bottom-mount gauge nsf-61 (potable water) compliant? are there any markings of that nature on the gauge itself or the packaging?

Not sure about being compliant with NSF-61. It is rated for use on water systems. The issue is whether or not this gauge is lead free. That I do not know. The construction of the Bourdon tube to the fitting is where there would be an issue. If silver solder is used to fuse the bourdon tube to the fitting then it is good for potable water. My application was on an air compressor.

Can i use this to meassure pressure on a espresso machine?

Pump driven espresso machines typically generate 116 to 145 psi. So yes if your machine has a port that will fit the quage.

Can this be used to measure natural gas pressure in a residence?

A pressure gauge is a pressure gauge. Can it measure natural gas in a residence, yes it can. BUT, keep in mind that the pressure range on this particular gauge is 0-60 psi which is way too large to accurately measure residential nat. gas. I would think you would be better off with a pressure gauge that has a pressure range of 0-5 psi or 0-10 psi.

I am looking for a liquid filled pressure gauge that measures inches of water for a natural gas line on an industrial oven, will this work??

No, it will not. Inches of water are way under one pound of pressure which is this guages lowest reading. Kodac Controls has a guage in Amazon that measures 0 to 30 inches of water. Check it out
