I'm a huge fan of this belt after only 1 workout! This has helped me to achieve 200kgs for 2 reps! A new PR! After i pulled my back last week deadlifting i decided it was time to try one to support it This belt feels excellent and looks excellent, was easy to set to my size and is comfortable to wear. I can wear it unlatched when im setting up and preparing for the next set which is much better than having to take it off often. The latch feels strong and sturdy and snaps nicely, also does not fall off the body easily Overall a great purchase and i am very much looking forward to my next deadlifting session using the belt!

Really well built in every respect. This is the second belt I've bought with this design and I can't fault it. I've squatted 240kg using it and it feels really comfortable when bracing and in the bottom of the squat. Excellent product!

Good value for money, does the job

Great belt, good support, bit of a ball ache adjusting the size as you need to screwdriver jobby it, but I can see why its like that, plus unless you drastically gain or lose weight you're not gonna be doing that often. Definitely worth the money to replace my old one ive had about 15 years

Does what it says on the tin! This is sturdy, thick and the size can be changed. Very good quality. Can't believe I have waited so long to use a belt and instantly I felt less strain on my back post squats and deadlifts. Has also given me more confidence to life more as I felt comfortable in my lifts.

Looks good but isn’t designed well, the hooks on the latch aren’t long enough to reach all the way through the leather. When doing heavy lifts this is always in the back of my mind and doesn’t fill me with confidence. Saying this, it’s never popped open on me but I fee as if it is a ticking time bomb. The latch is also pretty loose even though I have screwed it in as tight as possible, without cross threading. Not a bad beat but I think when it breaks I’ll spend a bit more and get a proper one.

Love the belt, had mine for over a year now after switching from a standard buckle belt. I bought my friend one for his bday and he loves it too. I only recommend this for an experienced lifter as if you aren’t lifting at least 1.5 times your bodyweight with good form (on squat and deadlift) using a normal belt then it’s not worth upgrading to such a heavy duty belt that requires proper adjustment and technique

Er ist super flexibel und passt sich gut an den Körper an. Besonders praktisch: Die Größe lässt sich schnell und unkompliziert verstellen, was gerade im Gym Gold wert ist. Der Verschluss ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – einfaches Einklacken, kein nerviges Rumwickeln oder Nachziehen. Hält, sitzt, passt. Neutral: Wenn man eher breiter gebaut ist, kann es sein, dass der Gürtel leicht an den Rippen oder am oberen Torso schneidet – ist nicht dramatisch, aber spürt man bei bestimmten Bewegungen. Negativ: Eigentlich keine nennenswerten Schwächen – der Gürtel macht genau das, was er soll, und das zuverlässig. Tipp: Ideal für alle, die einen soliden, flexiblen Gürtel suchen, der nicht wie ein Brett wirkt. Wenn du öfter mal variierende Übungen machst und nicht ständig an deinem Gürtel rumfummeln willst – der hier ist eine echt entspannte Lösung.

I bought this product was not satisfied because the size was not true and also its alredy breaking down after only a month

Honestly I got this belt cause it's cheap and said 13mm and had no reviews. Gave it a chance. Once I received it I noticed it was packaged nicely, however it seemed like it was possibly used since there was white scuff marks all over it. Also, white chalk like substance inside the holes where the prongs go. The prongs on the lever that enter the holes are actually really difficult to get in properly. Takes some wiggling and strength. I think this is a feature that needs to get broken in. As for the material, it's nice and sturdy. The edges are nice and rounded off and smooth. The lever seem strong and just like any other lever belt. I don't feel like it's a 13mm belt since it looks the same size as my 10mm belt. So this I'll have to check with a measuring tape and I'll update it as soon as Ive done so. Haven't trained with it yet, hope it works well. For the sizing I'm a 36 waist, ordered a medium and I'm on the 3rd and 4th holes to the end. So a it's a perfect fit. This belt I'd say runs true. I don't like a tail so I ordered a medium. I'm 6'3'' 245 lbs male. Pant size normally is 36 to 38. My waist is smaller than my hips. Bodybuilder/crossfit/powerlifting intentions with this belt.
