Perfect for frying
This stuff helps you control how much oil you use as it’s a spray. The biggest benefit though is food doesn’t stick to the pan when you use it - fry eggs etc and they never stick like they do with other veg oils.

Product is great, when you can get it out of the can ,,,twice now I've had to throw a half full can away because it just refuses to spray no matter what I do. I buy this two at a time and it's not cheap!
