These are large enough to cover most areas comfortably. Hot or cold usage are very good options. Easy directions given are directly posted on the product. Great for on-the-go options. Relieves pain with proper usage. A must have for any household. I recommend this product.

The last cold packs I had started leaking gel, so I wanted to find replacements. I found a deal for this 4 pack, and was excited to try a new brand out. I really appreciate that the 4 packs arrive tightly packed in a box, individually wrapped in curb-recyclable plastic. I only need two in rotation for now, so I'm glad to be able to store these easily for future use and keep them protected from dust, and other items protected from them in case of accidental puncture. So, first impression: good packing. Second impression: seems to be a lighter weight than my previous cold packs. This didn't matter to me. Third impression: they freeze and heat faster than the other cold packs I had. These freeze fully in about an hour if left undisturbed, my previous packs took over 2 hours to freeze well. However, they also warm quickly during use. I can trust these to stay colder for a far shorter amount of time, I won't give an estimate because it's highly dependent on how you use it, climate, humidity, temperature, etc -- but using it in the same situations as the others yielded faster warming times. It still stays cold long enough to be useful and worth it, and I'd say the trade off of cooling quicker in the freezer is a fair trade for it also warming faster. I'd say they're a good buy! But, be aware other brands or options might offer longer cold use.

Perfect. Spread the word because you don’t need anything else! Flexible and great size. I use it with physical therapy and cooling down after being out in this summer heat. Forget that smelly old ice bag!

These are great. They get cold and stay cold for about 30 minutes and refreeze quickly.

Convenient and easy to use, lasted longer before I had to refreeze than I thought they would. Size is excellent easy to maneuver.

Great product fast shipping

I want to thank Amazon and the seller for bringing this product for me to purchase. I was desperate for something to help during this hot weather. I don't freeze them, I find the fridge is a better outcome for me. My husband wraps one pack with a paper towel, I use as is. I find any condensation soon evaporates. I put one behind my back for a while, then between my hands, the result is just wonderful for keeping cool. Once the coolness subsides, we have another 2 ready to use from the fridge. They are of very good quality - thank you again.

I have a sacroiliac joint injury which is agony! My physiotherapist recommended ice packs for application before and after the exercise regime...however I have also been using them to cool me down during this heatwave and they're brilliant. They're the perfect size to wrap around an ankle or wrist, fit nicely at the back of the neck, around the hip and lower back. Having a pack of four means there's always a frozen one ready to use. Just one moved around my body is enough to make me feel much more comfortable and I found it more pleasant to wrap a small Microfiber cloth round them, especially to start with when they're covered in ice from the freezer. I haven't tried heating yet, but the quality of the rubber is good, so I feel confident they'll work just as well once microwaved!
