Taste is good! More tart than sweet and does NOT leave a nasty aftertaste. My 10 year old likes them but I have to remind no more than two a day as they are not candies! 🤣 They are effective with mood swings and should be taken in the day even though it says they help with sleep. They do not make my child sleepy. It’s a perfect nutritional supplement for magnesium and helps to keep kids and adults regular with bowel movements.

Great taste and work well

Maybe this is what this magnesium does -- but when I take it...it feels like my throat gets all swollen. I know it's not an allergic response. It might just be muscle relaxation as it works down my throat - I don't know. But it's uncomfortable. For chewable, they taste fine. My husband will finish them out - had to go to a different product.

I have tried a lot of chewable magnesiums, and have settled upon this as my favorite. It's the most effective one for the money. It's not incredibly delicious like some of the candy-like magnesium gummies I used to buy, but it is definitely pleasant-tasting, and not a chore to consume. Best of all, I only need to take one per day. With other brands I've tried--from the yummie ones to the cheap and unpleasantly sour tablets--I had to take several. I only need to take one of the Seeking Health tablets for them to do the job. I'm a repeat customer now, and intend to stick with this brand.

Love love these, really helps me to sleep and boost my mind to keeping calm. Very easy to eat no after.taste and it's easy to swallow.

I got these for my son. He doesn't really like the flavor, so I have to crush it and put it in juice which defeats the purpose of a chewable tablet. However, it is a very good form of magnesium. I do have to give 50mg of niacinamide with it though because it pushes the Krebs Cycle too much for him. I tried the tablet, and the taste is ok. But it has a really nasty aftertaste, and I have to eat something to get it out of my teeth. So for that reason, I cannot rate it higher. Taste needs work.

This magnesium has changed my life. I will be a forever buyer! I started taking it to help with my postpartum recovery. Even though I wake up with my baby, I go back to a deep sleep when I take this. I never leave reviews but for this, I’m buying it for my friends and family too! I’ve tried other types of magnesium (glycinate gives me crazy dreams) and this is the only one that is so clearly and completely effective.
