Hab die Form verschenkt und leider lässt Das Qualität besseres wünschen. Die Form ist zu flach, die Pelmeni (so heissen die in Russland) werden von unten plat und kleben an der Form ( lösen sich schwer). Bin enttäuscht

This is such a great tool to have in the kitchen! Comes with a brief instruction sheet that I followed & worked great. You do have to pull them apart after releasing them from the mold but it was very simple and quick to do.

The thickness of the aluminum metal is somewhere in the middle of all other similar products, but it is OK for some smaller production and the product is not cheap. From my experience, the thicker molds are more durable and the dumplings are easier to get out of the mold.
