When using this at the range, will it be able to isolate MY shooting from the other nearby shots fired down the line?

Nope. I’ve used a lot of shot timers over the years and I can’t recall any of them being able to do that during a busy night at the range.

Can I set the alarm to go off at start and at 2 minutes?

it has delay function , random or time but not sure you can set it to go off 2 min later.

Does this unit work well in an indoor range?

Yes but only if you are the only active shooter. It will pick up more than one shooter if used in a busy settings...but pretty much any shot timer has that same problem. It’s nothing to do with this particular one.

The description says cr123 batteries but the timer I received takes 9v. What’s up with that?

The ones I have used take a 9v. They last a good long time vs a 3.5v CR123
