Everything about this corpus looks immaculte and detailed..... except for the hands. The hands look cartoonish. Are all like this one?

First of all I have used these, and mounted them on crosses that I have made. They look beautiful. They are mounted using nails or screws through the hands, and the block at the feet. If the hand were any different they would probably break, they are fragile as it is. I hope this is helpful.

Where is the best place to purchase the nails for fastening?

Your local hardware store, usually has a good assortment of loose fasteners you can buy 1 or 50 pieces. I bought my brass nails at, "Ace Hardware".

Very nice!

I was looking for a bronze made corpus to put together a crucifix, and I did find the bronze corpus here :) The corpus is well made, very happy with the purchase. This was my first time nailing a corpus to the cross, it was more difficult than I thought but I managed to get it done; I am glad that I didn't damage it with the hammer.

Beautiful, but

This is a beautiful item. The only drawback is that it does not come with mounting nails. I finally found some 2mm x 15mm bronze tone nails that worked, but I had to drill the holes out to use them. The nails should be provided.
