Can it fit the "Crema" portafilter?

Yes it will. I have both portafilters. The one that came with my breville machine and I also ordered the crema portafilter. It fits both.

Will this fit the bes860xl model or only the newer 870xl model? the 860 has a square shaped hopper while the 870 has a circular one.

I use mine on a Breville and it is circular. I do not see how you could get it to work on a square-shaped hopper. It is just geometry.

Can someone please share the outside diameter of the bottom side of the funnel?

For the outside bottom diameter is approximately 72mm and the inside bottom diameter is approximately 64 mm based on my caliper. This funnel fits very well without any issues of removing it. I was skeptics before purchase but it turns out okay.
