Can women use this product as well?

Yes! The product works great for men and women.

How long does hair need to be before using? Will it get rid of stubble?

There is no minimum hair length needed for the cream to work. It will be easier to wipe away if the hair is longer, however.

Definitely interested in this product. If used over time does it start to thin out the hair the product is applied to?

Yes, this isn't permanent hair removal, but it does start to thin out the hair over time.

Can this product be used on the scalp?

I believe it would work but depending on your skin sensitivity there could be some irritation. I am not gonna tell you to try it or not try it but if you do use a very small amount on the side of your head then see if it works without irritation then proceed from there. there are products actually geared more toward the scalp for sale on amazon. Hey, I totally get it bro I have shaved my head and you got work to keep it smooth I would look for one of the spray foam style hair removers good luck sir.
