Is this thing actually big enough for 12-inch burritos? Last one I bought was a joke—my giant wraps didn't even fit

Yes, it’s a full 12x12 inch size. Perfect for extra-large burritos and folded pizzas—they fit without getting squished. Holds up to 15 tortillas (6-12 inches). If you’ve been burned by those tiny ones before, this is the upgrade you need

Does the inside lining melt or peel off if it gets too hot? My last warmer started falling apart after a few uses

That’s why it has a sturdy outer fabric and tough heat-resistant lining. Microwaved it daily for months—still looks brand new with no melting or peeling. BPA free with zero weird chemical smells. Way more durable than those flimsy ones

How long does it actually stay warm? I feel like my current bag loses heat the second I take it out of the microwave.

It’s not magic, but it works! Stays warm about 1 Hour thanks to the thick insulation—keeps tortillas soft even if you get distracted. Won't stay hot for hours like a thermos, but for a fabric bag, it does a great job keeping things cozy

Does it stink? I hate that cheap plastic smell some warmers have.

Absolutely odorless. It arrives completely scent-free with zero plastic smell. Just follow the instructions for microwaving to avoid overheating, and you won't get any chemical aftertaste on your food. It's 100% microwave safe and clean

How should I clean and store the tortilla warmer?

Please hand wash with a damp cloth and mild soap. It is foldable for compact storage in a drawer, or you can simply hang it up to air dry and store. Easy care!（Do not put it in the dishwasher）
