What sizes of drill are needed for the anchors?

3/16 for everything except the largest anchor

Whats the weight for these? I have a 25lb circular mirror that needs hung and it only has one bracket to hang from. Would this work?

These don't work for anything in my experience. The anchors are no good. You can't even tighten the screw all the way before the anchors start spinning in the drywall. There is a reason they are the cheapest.
