Where can I find spare parts for this machine?

The product says dishwasher safe. My milk canister completely melted. I have made numerous attempts to contact the manufacturer to buy a replacement part with no luck. I am now having to buy another machine entirely. Will not go through this brand again due to the lack of customer service response.

Why the coffee comes out cold?

Does this unit accept espresso pouches and or just loose espresso grinds?

Have never used a pouch. Only loose grinds

What is this made of? Is it 100% stainless steel? At any point does the water, coffee, or milk come in contact with aluminum or plastic?

I do not recommend this coffee maker! Of course, it comes in contact with plastic. The milk container is plastic. The water holder is plastic. The frothing is very inconsistent, sometimes a full cup, others not. It often is cold and needs to be heated.
