The antenna fit natively with my modern new Denon system. Included adapters were not required. The sound is good. It works fine. However, it did not increase my reception range, which is why I purchased it Reception was no better than the default antenna that came with the stereo. It was worth a shot too bad it didn’t pan out.

I don’t know why it took me so long to realize that I could put an antenna on my Bose radio from the 1980s. But this one is perfect. I don’t get very good radio reception in my location and this is increased my available stations, from the three I had before. It comes with several adapters for the connection, as well.

you get what you pay for. i used this with my Sony receiver. still get too much static. cord needs to be longer.

Used this on a DASDEC EAS FM monitor that had been getting marginal reception. In my case, the monitored station went from about 25% RF to 82% RF after installing and positioning the antenna, so it made a very noticeable improvement. It was easy to connect and easy to reposition while watching signal strength. Obviously placement matters, but for me it helped even more than expected.

Works amazing! Had plenty of antenna length to reach my window from my receiver! Crystal clear reception now!

It did not work on my 1991 micro system as it was a different style. I passed it on to my daughter and ot worked great on her am/fm radio.
