They woosh as you walk in a slight way so its not the SAME bumpy parts digging into your soles over and over again- and they LASTTTTT!!!!!! Theyre VERY durable AND washable! May seem silly at first but once youre in a situation where youre just STANDING in one spot for an hour or more- thats when you notice- you just move your feet slightly and the fluid goes from your toes to your heels an back again- SO WORTH IT and will last you YEARS!!

The first few steps gave that nice cushioned "walking on pillows" vibe people talk about—heel and ball of the foot get the most love from the gel. **Pros:** - Good shock absorption on hard surfaces like concrete floors or airport terminals. There are lifesavers for me!!! I have a bad lower back, and if I walk for more than 30-40 mins, I start feeling stubbing. I was once in a hunting trade show, and passed by a booth that sold these. The lady insisted on me trying one, I didn't want to insert one in my shoes, then give them back, she said it's ok. They were selling them at $40/pair, which didn't encourage me to even try them. Long story short, I put them on, and felt this amazing/weird feeling of someone walking on a liquid. I wasn't convinced this will do me any good, but just the feeling made me want to try "something different". I gave her the $40 bucks, and kept walking with my friend for the rest of the show. Maybe 30 minutes later, I realized that the stubbing (that I had before the inserting the insoles) was COMPLETELY GONE!! Guys, I swear to God no one if paying me for this review, this is my honest experience, and I truly hope people with bad back, or those who walk or stand for long hours will benefit from this as much as I do. I bought about a dozen and gave them as gifts to my siblings. My brother is a butcher who stands for long hours at work, he LOVED them. You will notice the difference when you don't use them. I don't know how to explain the benefits, or how it works, I just know it's a miracle. Give it a try and tell people about it. Thousands of people are suffering with pain, and don't know such a simple solution exists! I truly hope this will always stay available in the market!

To thick and didn't seem any better than the ones half the price

Wore these things for a few weeks as insoles in my boots for work. I like the gel since it cushions but also fills in, which is great since being in the military we hike a lot and this helps prevent blisters. Unfortunately, after a few weeks both of the insoles have lost their gel and leaked into my boots and socks. It looks like they do not hold up well to the pressures of being put in a boot, I would have liked a refund or to return them since maybe this pair was defective but I missed the return date by a couple of days.

I’ve had these types of inserts before. I love the way they feel after you get used to them. They are really durable, and they take the shock of every day walking and standing. I am on my feet all day, and these save my feet. It’s also easier to put my shoes on because my socks slide along these as you put them in. The gel type inserts are real hard to get your feet into the shoe because they are sticky.

These are not comfortable at all even though they seem like they would be. The fluid inside is uncomfortable as I walk and it changes positions. It's very distracting as well. I sent them back.
