Are there actually 50 flowers or are they saying 50 pcs for 25 flowers and 25 stems?

I did NOT GET 50 flowers with the leaves. I got the flowers and like 10 leaves. So 40 of these will not have leaves and I need them to complete the look I am doing. Very disappointed in this. The picture shows with leaves to put on the stems… false advertising at its finest.

What actual size are they 1"2"?

I didn't measure them but they are a nice size and very pretty. I used them to make a flower photo frame....
