The lighter sparks but doesn’t actually ignite, I’ve managed to light it once or twice but now it doesn’t work how do I fix this?

Something similar happenend to me with a different lighter. All I did was take the flint out and back in. You may have soaked it with lighter fluid the first time aroud. I would also try a NEW flint in the event the above doesn't work.

What is the purpose for creative spin on the lighter

I'm quite sure, but it is entertaining while holding the lighter. Perhaps is to accommodate for those use fidgets. I am quite please with it. It is heavy for a lighter.

1.what lighter fluit it takes and does it takes lighter fluids

Requires filling in standard lighter kerosene

What are the symbols on the rotary dial please? Thank you

I don’t know the symbols, but I do know mine didn’t work at all. It broke immediately. Yours might be different, I might of been too rough with it. But o wouldn’t buy it
