Casa Maria Natural Stone Mortar and Pestle - 8.5 inch

Very well made. Beautiful. I have not been able to use it yet as I am recovering from a stroke, however, it looks great on my counter.

This is a great looking quality piece. The pestle fits comfortably in the hand. The mortar is very heavy, which was expected from the size and stone material but the bottom is rough and scratched my counter, would have been avoidable if I set it on a cloth. The weight also makes it difficult to wash. I don't use it often but it makes a great decoration when left out.

I use it often. It honestly is a 5 star product. Proportionate, sturdy, and looks nice. No down side to it, besides the time it takes to season it as of every mortar and pestle. You won't be disappoonted. I use it weekly. Amazing product. Has a good weight on it as well.

Sheer awesome. I'll let you know right off that my mortar isn't shaped exactly as the one pictured. However, it's still great. I love the weight. It doesn't scoot on the counter when I am grinding herbs. It's easy to clean. For the price and quality, this is a great purchase.

Quite big and heavy. Was very excited to receive this and then discover that it is missing the pestle...even though the box clearly shows it is supposed to be included. Now it is just a big, heavy bowl that is relatively worthless. Better receive a pestle separately shortly!!
