Does this pen come in blue ink?

No, the orange ones come in black. The blue ones come in blue ink. Then they have red ones that come in red ink.

Can these pens be printed with our company logo?

I do not know. Perhaps ask the mfg directly. I buy and use these pens for personal use. The pens do help me as I have some hand issues. The wide barrel makes them more comfortable to write with.The pens are also durable, and better quality than the ordinary pens sold for similar price at an office supply vendor.

Are these pens weighted?

No, in fact they are quite light. You have to be careful they don't roll off your desk because they break easily.
