Well made and works like it is described. It makes very little sound when it moves but enough to get my cats attention. It seems solid in the way it is made. It was rather easy to set up and I really like the way it feels so far. It's an exact fit for my mattress and takes up the same space that I was already using plus I can place things under it if needed. Con's It is a little tall for me I would like it a little lower but even still I like it over all Most people would probably prefer it the way it is.

I bought this to replace an old hospital bed that had become infested with bedbugs. The old bed was too heavy to move without help and had too many hiding places for bugs. This bed came mostly assembled. All I needed to do was unfold it, screw on the legs,and put batteries in the remote. A plus was that I can use the remote from anywhere in the room. With my old bed the control was connected by a short cord to the motor so I had to be either standing beside the bed to use it. I suffer from respiratory problems,so I need to sleep with my head raised. This is the least expensive bed I have found that lets me do that. I would recommend this bed for anyone who needs to sleep with their head or feet raised. It also prevents snoring.

I bought these bed frames for my wife and me to replace our aged Sleep Number beds and, so far, we're pretty pleased. Once we got them out of their boxes, setup was easy. Because each box is a bit on the heavier side (~85 lbs or so), I would have been ok with a bit more assembly in exchange for easier transport up to my second-floor bedroom.

The black felt cover of the frame is a little thinnish, but OK. We are awaiting mattresses to top it off, but the motors work well. The only drawback is the height of the unit. I would have preferred taller legs or at least ones that were adjustable. After you screw the legs to the bed, it's a little low to the ground. However, if that is what you like, you'll be just fine with this unit. Also of note: There is no way to interlock both twin XL units. When they say it's a split king, they mean it. They can be two XL twin beds that you can walk between or not. Still a decent purchase for the price.

The bed works as intended, the control is easy to use even for my 80-ish year old mother recovering from a neck fracture. As others have said, I wish it was height adjustment but for the price & not really knowing what her immediate needs would be coming home it’s a very good bed. I will add if the bed loses power it resets to flat, we didn’t realize & when I unplugged to reorganize the cords she slowly went down. For the price the bed looks & works as described, no functional complaints.

After reading the negative reviews here I almost didn't buy this. However, I'm now glad I did. Sure, some folks out there got a defective product. Anything manufactured is going to have some bad units. The question is, how does the company or Amazon handle those issues? I've never had a problem on Amazon in getting a new unit or timely refund. Why people worry about the rare times when things don't work is beyond me. This unit is well built. In fact, surprisingly strong. The motors are super quiet in operation and the wireless remote operates flawlessly. Screw the legs on by hand, plug in the motor control, turn on the motor control button, put batteries in the remote. That's all I did and everything worked perfectly. Now just so you know...I have no connection with this company and I rarely do a review. I just thought that in this world of ripoff companies you people out there should know this is a good product well worth the price.

Our first new bed in over 30 years, split king adjustable is fantastic so far. The mattresses I ordered work perfectly on these frames. It took exactly 4 minutes to access and plug in the motors - they tested perfectly. It took longer to get them out of the boxes! I purposely did not order any excess features, such as massage, as do not want to deal with issues in the future. Shipping was so fast, just a few days. I was quite happy with the sturdiness of the construction of these frames . I ordered 4 inch risers to get the bed up high ( we love it that way) for family TV watching with our great grandkids. With the risers, I have 16 inch clearance for underbed container storage! The motors are very quiet, can barely hear them. We have used this for three days....will update in about a month to make sure still deserves a five star rating. Update after one year: DO NOT LOOSE THE REMOTE! There is no way to operate the bed without the remote ( and it was a cheap remote - the buttons were constantly sticking). I have tried to get a replacement remote from the manufacturer ( Amazon says I have to deal with them directly) no luck so far. I cannot imagine how the remote got lost in just one day but if I can't get one, I guess the bed us just a regular bed...............bummer!! At least my husband can still use the one for his side of the bed. I have left several messages with this manufacturer. I give them the benefit of the doubt last week as my phone needed major service. However, I called today, 12/12 2024 and their system will NOT take any messages. I tried seven times and the phone system just shut me down. I CANNOT use the functions of this bed without a remote...HOW CAN I GET ONE?????

I am happy with this adjustable bed. The motor is very quiet. The remote control is easy to use. It’s a good value for the price. My son-in-law and grandson set the bed up for me and said it was easy to assemble. I would recommend it to others.
