Works good! Exactly what I was looking for
Bought this because the pc I bought on marketplace had RGB fans that I couldnโt change the colors to, but now I can and itโs relatively easy and itโs just plug and play comes with the remote that has a bunch of different modes for my RGB. Buy it if you want your RGB to change color.

work with apevia 6 fans kit
these upHere 10-Port 6PIN SATA RGB Hub work with the APEVIA 6 fans kits. i had them box up getting a new case pull them out to use but the controller box did not work so took a change get this one it great for a replacement .

Good controller
I prefer the uphere fan kits but i build many systems for friens and if the case already has a few fans installed i end up with extra fans so this controller is great. Works with most 6 pin fans out which is most of the rgb fan kits out there now. Uses sata as power and plugs into rgb header on motherboard but i end up using remote to control color and fan speed. Overall easy install and quality is consistent unlike some of the DS kits ive had.

Isn't what it seems in a good way (unless you get the older version)
Reason for 4 stars โ listing needs updating Got a newer version than the listing showsโMB sync, fan speed controls, and 5V 3-pin ARGB ports. Images are unclear, so others might get the older version, but I felt like I won! :)

My motherboard has been murdered. :(
I bought this because I thought my old fan hub was not working. When I bought this, my PC was working just fine, just the fan hub needed upgrading. After instaling this new fan hub, (I followed the correct instructions) my PSU was causing a power fault. Naturally, I unplugged this fan hub, and tried to turn on my PC without it. I took out all connections to the fan hub and disconnected all fans. I tried starting up the PC, and nothing happened. PSU was still triggering a fault. After TWO HOURS of debug (I tested all my components, with a multimeter), I found the issue. My 12V CPU psu connector on the motherboard is bust, which indicated a mosfet blew on my motherboard. Now I have to get a new one. I don't know why/how this small hub created such a catastrophic failure, but now I have to spend over a 100 dollars trying to fix this issue. I want my money back and then some, EasyUp. Don't get it. I doubt this device has any power safety circuitry/ short-prevention in its board. Don't. Get. It.
