As far as taste it’s absolutely terrible! However they kicked in extremely fast I did chew them because again the taste is foul! It’s not chalk but just like chewing on gum that has no flavor and is stale! Also they made me feel very calm I was even sluring my words! These are non drowsy but damn they work I would say in like 30 min I was very very calm.

Ok this gum is so interesting! I helps calm you without making you sleepy. Better than alcohol with negative side affects but just a nice sense of calm and peace in your body with natural ingredients. The gum had a mild, calming flavor, which was quite soothing. Within about 20 minutes taking the gum, I started to feel noticeably more peaceful even with my normal busy schedule. The blend of natural herbs seemed to take effect quickly without any side affect later the next day. What I appreciated most was how convenient it was compared to traditional pills or drinks. I wish that I could have chewing it longer, but it served its purpose. Also, the gum was a bit softer than expected, which made it feel like it might dissolve too quickly. Even with all of this being said, the gum delivered on its promise of giving me some restful feeling while also being able to focus better. It’s become a regular part of my morning and even afternoon routine. If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to enhance your day, this is worth trying.

These are OK. They do have a heavy, heavy honey taste. I felt no different as far as being calm. They do have some little ridges which you can kind of run your tongue over and fidget with. The tin that they come in is very cute. It’s like, when it’s empty you want to try and find something to do with it because it’s adorable. For the price, I would not buy them again. This was a curiosity buy.

I have been using this product for a while and it works great. Tastes good. Can also get it from Whole Foods.

Seem dumb to me but it does calm me down... maybe placebo, who knows... and taste good.

I’ve been using these for 3yrs. I eat 2 in the morning when I have my coffee. I notice I don’t have the jitters or shaky hands I usually get when I drink caffeine.
