Great taste, easy to take
I have suffered from acid reflux and heartburn for many years. After only a few days of taking One Living Brain & Gut probiotic my reflux has calmed down and I have not had a heartburn episode either. It tastes great, no bitterness, in my mind it is of excellent quality, it is so good I have my wife on it now too. To me, because of the now lack of reflux and heartburn it is well worth the £19.99 price tag, I have just ordered our 3rd box, there will be many more to come.

These are small bottles/shots. They are very tasting and well packaged/branded. Very clear info on what they contain and what they do for your gut & brain 🧠 The liquid contained is non carbonated ie flat vs fizzy I really love the taste 👅 & would recommend

Like the Kombucha drinks pleasant taste but I didn’t notice any difference to my gut behaviour. Not sure if I’m supposed to, costly with the kombucha drinks, again not sure it is worth all the hype.

FANTASTIC!
I’m a fitness professional in my later years. The energy I used to have just isn’t there anymore. These little shots have zinged me right up. With older age we need supplements that we didn’t necessarily need when we’re young athletes. In my head and how I feel is young but my fatigue is telling me different. These shots are a winner ! 🏆 Just about to place my second order

Nice tasting but not sure it works
Ordered this after trying in Holland and Barrett and it bekng cheaper to order from Amazon. I'd noticed a real improvement after using Symprove, but do not like their artificial ingredient as its known to be cancer causing. This does not have that additive so much better for you. However I didn't notice the reduction in bloating as much as I did on Symprove.

A lot of life in one little bottle
I wasn't very keen on the taste to start with but soon got used to it .Good value for money.now started to perk me up after covid .Will certainly recommend to any one. Jim Crane
