Best product and Service is very good

Product is very light weight and compact. Equipment installation was excellent and was done within 24 hours of delivery.

Product:As stated in the amazon page, product looks very identical to photos and black color looks good but scratch magnet. The product that I have received has so many finger prints and minor scratches but Installation person confirmed it's in a good state and new unit. So, not much to complaint here. But, i request V Guard to have some plastic sheet wrapped arround unit to keep it in new state till delivery.Installation:Initially, when I go thru the reviews, my biggest nightmare is about ppl getting delayed Installation, mine isn't any different. However, the service engineer called after the SR raised and informed me his unavailablity on the first day and he came in first hours on later day.The Installation was very quick, engineer explained all the features, checked the unit thoroughly and suggested to drain 3-4 tanks of water to clean the filter and other impurities. I drained 4 tanks and results were good, water is clean.Features:Although, water filter doesn't need to have any magic features but it should capable to provide good and drinkable water.This one doesn't misses those features, it looks good, unit feels sturdy and prefilter is also capable of filtering 3000 lits, it should suffice for a year for normal family of 2A + 2K.Taste:Water tastes very natural, good indeed. It's just been a week, in case in future if I find any difference, I'll keep this comment updatedWhat's missing:I would've liked it to have a light at tap place, and water indicator in tank(some transparent material to show how much water left in tank) and a bit od copper usages in filteration process. Nonetheless, i feel those are not deal breakers for the money spent.. but Water level indicator is must I felt.Summary:Overall a great product for under 10k considering installation, unit quality, water taste and free services promised.If any issues comes in future, I'll keep it updated.

The product seemed great, look-wise, price-wise, feature-wise and even the post sales service offers were great, so purchased this RO, Received 1 day delivery, technician arrived promptly after 2 days for installation. All seemed good till then. The technician kept on insisting on purchasing AMC for the 2nd year, told him we have 1 year comprehensive warranty for the first year, so we will think about it. As soon as the technician left, noted that there was water leaking profusely from under the machine, called the technician immediately, who said he will come the next day as he has other scheduled visits. The next day, technician arrived, when asked about the leakage said, he said he seemed to have not tightened some part, and this will be resolved. Noted there was still leakage after his service, he explained it is just the remaining water, will stop soon, which seemed a weird answer. Again he kept on insisting for the purchase of 2nd year AMC, at this point I was a little sceptical about the whole purchase.The leakage persisted, though not as severe, but was quite evident, on calling the technician said he will visit the next day, but never showed up. The next day, did not pick the phone. If this is the case in a new machine and the service, wondering about the issues later on. Finally decided on returning the machine.

I recently purchased a V-Guard RO Zenora water purifier and I am extremely satisfied with both the product quality and the overall experience. The installation and service provided by Technician Raghvendra were excellent—he was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I truly appreciate V-Guard's commitment to customer satisfaction and highly recommend both the company and its service team.
