Fabulous nipples
Life savers. Breast feeding in the first couple of weeks is more painful than birth! Those who say it isn’t are lying! 😂 these bad boys can be cooled or warmed depending on what you prefer. Mine lived in the fridge. I used to pump with the pads on for extra relief.

Works great. A real treat. I did get large ones and they are truly ginormous, much bigger than anticipated, but still very nice

I wouldn't buy it again
These are comfortable to use until the seems get on your skin then they are very harsh on the already beaten up breast skin! I regret buying it because I didn't get enough use out of them as I didn't really feel I needed the cold as much as I'd need the warmth and it's scary to heat it up in the microwave I always feel like it's gonna pop even following the instructions!
