Since purchasing these i haven't had to deal with a clogged drain. You do have to keep them clean and after every shower just remove what it's caught otherwise it will severely slow down drainage rate, but i'd rather do that than have to unclog my drains. Very easy to clean, catches hair and clothes fibers, one of them has broken after about 7months use (but i was probably too heavy handed in cleaning it so just be careful), great product, can recommend. Also after 7months of constant use and cleaning with bath cleaners etc, there was no discoloring at all noted.

Perfect Fit so will prevent food going down the plughole. Would definitely recommend this product.

Mesh size is good and filters out all hair/food particles. The quality is good and easily cleaned (can just be stuck into dishwasher too). Size fits well as described (3.5 cm diameter) and works on most normal domestic sinks.

So easy to use and perfect for keeping hair out of drains! They fit perfectly and actually look fine compared to some other options I’ve seen. Very simple and easy to clean.

They do the job well

Bought this to catch food before it disappears down the kitchen sink plughole. However the mesh is a bit too fine and even catches small coffee grinds so needs emptying every time you use the sink. So that is why I've only given 3 stars. Product quality is 5 stars. Will carry on looking for something with slightly bigger holes.

We use grey waste to water the plants in the summer, so it vital that all hair and debris is removed before the water going down the plug hole. I tried a few different ones, these are far superior to any of the others.

This Stainless Steel Sink Filter is excellent, we were looking for a similar product for some time, we were not satisfied till we got this one. We placed one in the tub and the other in the shower. Very reasonably priced and good quality product. Deserves recommendation.
