Do colors come repeated

Pretty much as shown in the photo - mine are nice mix - two of each: white, black, red, yellow, green and dark blue.

Will these write/sketch on top of oil pastel drawings?

You would be trying something other then intended use. Simple answer is no. I think if the pastel was very thin smear of color you could possibly use for that purpose. It might be worth a try.

Do they stain clothing?

I have no idea. They didn't really work on mirror for me and I only tried for that. Some if the colors seem to be harder and done write as well as the softer ones. Hard to the feel not harsh.

Do they work on glass or a mirror?

YES - not always but they ought to - if not, clean the glass or mirror, then try again to use the china markers on glass or mirror. Just be careful to TEST in an inconspicuous part - sometimes the glass or mirror may be porous and the markers embed into the pores and then the markers won't wash off all the way when you are ready to remove them.
