Use to work out at a gym that did Les Mills classes. These bands are literally the greatest! Instead of being a tube, this band is flat which helps it stay secure under your feet. It's about a medium in resistance and has not stretched out on me so far. It is a little pricey for just the one band, but it is definitely worth it. Great band and great program!!!

I bought this smart band to replace my existing one that I use regularly to teach my Les Mills CX class. I love it! It’s great resistance for the exercises we do in CX and I love the flat band as a better and more comfortable option than the rounded shaped version. Great quality and great price

This band is great - easier to hold than traditional resistance bands (the handles move with you and don't hurt your hands) and the resistance stays consistency as handles/band are made of the same materials. Also stays on your shoes without slipping off better than the traditional bands. Highly recommend for CXworx peeps and participants!

Worth every penny. And it shipped way faster than Amazon led me to believe when I ordered it. ... Honestly, I searched and searched for a non-LM branded one, but, glad I got this because it is phenomenal. Just wish it didn’t have red in it. Oh well. Such a minor gripe for something that works so well!

This is what we expected, but not very stiff band. Nice to have own band so can do consistent workout at the gym. Smart idea.

I use this in the Les Mills CXWORX classes I take. The tubes provided at the gym are round and tend to slip off my foot. This flat band stays put so I don't have to stop and can work out uninterrupted.

I just ordered my third band! I am a CXWORX instructor and the round tubes kill my feet. They constantly slip out from underneath people's feet and they end up getting popped in the face! I love it so much I ordered one for one of my favorite participants. Right after I gave it to her, mine snapped during class. So I'm ordering another. Hands down,this is the best resistance band out there. I recommend this band to EVERYONE that I use using a resistance tube.
