Good product. Just go for it if you are considering magnesium glycinate, i feel it is best in industry. Helped me with deep sleep. Now on to my second bottle.

Multivitamins and ZMA can overlap
Multivitamins and ZMA can overlap and compete with each other. If you take both at the same time, they may compete for absorption and can cause bloating or stomach discomfort. I experienced this myself once. After checking the ingredient list, I found that the multivitamin already contains good-quality forms of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6, which are the key components of ZMA. So, if you are already using a good multivitamin (like MB), it’s better not to take ZMA separately, as it may be unnecessary and harsh on the stomach. ⚠️ I am not a doctor—this is just my personal experience. Try both carefully and decide what works best for your body

No effect on Deep Sleep
Well, I used many zma and magnesium. This one i feel is less effective. I dont get such deep sleep as I get from On Zma or other magnesium supplements in market. It may be working on my body but as far as sleep is concerned I didnt feel any change as I felt while consuming other products
