Has anyone actually seen long lasting results with any of these sweet sweat trimmers?

I bough the waist trimmer months ago and I use it when I run errands but mostly when I do cardio. I pair it with the sweet sweat ointment and it’s worked for me. I sweat a lot and along with a healthy diet and consultant exercise, I’ve lost a couple inches off my waist.

My arms are 12 inches should i get medium or regular ? Not sure what size is smaller medium or regular?
