Great price and excellent quality.
For someone who adores coconut milk, I now prefer buying this over tetra packs and tins. Great price and excellent quality. I can make the sauce/curry/dish as creamy as I want by adding more powder and less water. Just make sure the water is hot while whisking in the powder, and you will have a satisfyingly creamy product. Not sure about shelf life so I stored in separate jars to reduce repeated air exposure. Have not stored in fridge but will find out if that is a mistake soon enough.
