Great option if you are wary of synthetic colours, permitted or otherwise
Love this product. Have used several times to colour icing for a child partial to green. Only thing to keep in mind is there is a hint of saltiness from the spinach. Love that you can add a teeny drop at a time to deepen colour gradually, and even at high dilution, it is a vibrant shade.
