How many mg per capsule in this 120 bottle? I notice some package say "300mg one a day", but this 120 package say 'Two a day', why two vs one?

They made only 150 MG cap and recommended a dose of 300 MG (2caps). Recently they added a bottle with 300 MG caps I guess to make it easier to take 300 MG per day. I only want 150 MG per day, so I'm happy they still make the 150 MG
