Practical
Great options, compact. Buy some bleed stop to add to this kit. Also couple carabiners to attach items

Great kit! Just needed to add a few more items.
This is a great and affordable kit for what you get. It is the most complete IFAK kit I have seen. Of course I added items to it. I added a few more antibiotic bandages, sting/bite wipes, 1, 6" Israeli bandage (it comes with a 4 inch), 2 Rhino Compression Z-fold Gauze bandages, 1 2x2 and 1 4x4 quick clot wound dressings, 2 eye pads, 1 tube of antibiotic ointment, 1 tube of cortisone ointment and some quick clot powder. I'll buy a couple of smaller bags to attach to the molle for rolled gauze, more tape, more burn gel for larger burns, and a few more items like tweezers, suture bandages, a pain, allergy, upset stomach pill kit, choking pump and maybe some others. But this kit is a huge start on what you need. I wish it was a little bit bigger to add more items inside, but the molle straps will allow me to add a couple more smaller bags to hold those items I want to add. I really have no complaints. These are great to keep in cars, bug out bags, etc. If you can afford it, keep these kits with you wherever you go and then keep a larger kit at home or in a camper that has thermometer, blood pressure cups, stethoscope, suture tools, etc. First aid and OTC meds add up quick and are expensive, so buy a little here and there to build your kits up.

Large IFAK pre-packed with solid components and great Customer Service support
Great pre-packed trauma kit that contains majority of items as well as room for a few personal items or add-ins. Initial quality of pouch itself appears high with solid stitching, zippers, and Velcro. It is a bit bulky for carrying directly on a belt (as in some photos - unless your a bigger person) but the molle attachment lends to ease of attachment to an assault pack or rig. My kit was missing the CAT but the seller/supplier responded immediately and shipped me a replacement that I received three (3) days later. I purchased this when it was on sale, but the regular price seems competitive with other brands and the components are all commensurate quality with nothing in my kit being past/close to expiration.

Great kit for major trauma
Great kit! This is not the typical first aid kit you might keep in your house. The one with a lot of band-aids and some anti-biotic cream for when you scrape your knee. This is intended to treat life-threatening major trauma and it does a great job providing what is needed. And there is some room for adding a few additional items that you might want. I've been attending political protests the past couple months carrying a small first aid kit, water and a few other things to support other protesters if needed. This kit gives me even greater capability if ever needed without adding excessive and unnecessary weight and bulk to my backpack. Added Mar 29, 2025 - Make sure you go through the contents so you are familiar with everything. You may also want to rearrange the contents within the various pockets and sleeves (along with adding anything extra) for what you think works best for you. As easy as access to everything is, you can make minor adjustments to make it even easier, especially if you might be treating someone and ask someone else to grab something from the bag. For example, I consolidated between what I consider moderate and major trauma.

Very good kit.
It is very disorganized. Had to repack. For instance, first thing you need is gloves....which were burried under everything. One reorganized to be functional, space was created for additiona pressure bandages.

A must have for Emergencies
I've bought this kit before for emergencies when I'm out solo backpacking and I actually almost lost a finger on a jungle expedition and this kit really came in handy and actually managed to help me keep things together and prevented any infection on the 10 days it took me to get back to civilization. 10/10 would not leave home without it. You really just never know. There's nothing basic about this kit. It is well designed and thought I like that it's made by veterans who know from actual experience what should be in these kits. It doesn't have any significant weight to it despite being packed to the girls, but that could just be a me thing, each person feels weight a little different. In my opinion it's a perfect fit. It straps perfectly to the outside of my bag and it's breakaway tab for emergencies is no doubt going to be a life saver. (possibly literally)

Great to store in vehicles
We’re obsessed with these. My man is a medic and I’m an EMT. We keep one of these in our Harley Davidson, sxs, and vehicles. I think if you know how to use the supplies this is a fantastic trauma kit to keep with you. You never know when something could happen or you come up on a medical scene. I think everyone should consider looking into them, learning how to use the supplies, and keep accessible. The fit and weight of this is perfect for what we buy it for and it stores a decent amount of stuff. With that being said, it is packed pretty tight so not much room for items you’d like to add in. Overall, 10/10 for us. I’ve purchased 3 and have never been disappointed.
