Excellent product * Brilliant customer service
Very happy, so far. No issues. I just don't know exactly how to clean it, as there are two different opinions online. Two years update: This sturdy trimmer has been used every other day for over two years now. Still worked like in the very first day. Battery last forever (a year or so). Please check your battery expiry date, as this will be the only reason to be replaced. Unfortunately, recently I lost my trimmer head somehow. Contacted customer service and they've sent me a brand trimmer head, free of charge, free delivery. I can't thank them enough and I'm so happy to use my trimmer again. 5* service, best Customer service so far. BTW the cleaning it's very simple: just rinse under water. Don't open or remove anything for cleaning. Jan 2023 Still in use, still works great. Compact, eficient. I love it !

Needs one battery for each use. The blades are not so sharp. Cheaper ones are far beeter!

Satisfaisant pour une tondeuse.
Produit agréable au toucher sans faire trop plastique. Bien équilibrée dans la main. Ne consomme pas les piles comme mon modèle précédent, on peut les laisser dans la tondeuse hors utilisation. La coupe est correcte. La lumière est un peu gadget pour moi mais c’est un plus.
